Student Services

A number of online services are available to support students who are working towards a degree or certificate or taking individual classes or workshops offered through distance technologies.

Helpdesk -  provides assistance with technical problems with online courses, access to your e-mail account and FlashLine, and a variety of other services

Accessing Your Class
WebCT-Vista login           

Online Academic Advising - provides advising information for students entering a distance education program

Student ID Card - needed for on-campus access to a variety of services

Flashline Account - every student officially enrolled at KSU receives an email address and a flashline account

Disability Services(SDS) - provides assistance to students with varying degrees and types of disabilities in order to maximize educational opportunity and academic potential

Online Phone Directory - provides phone numbers and e-mail addresses for students, faculty and staff at KSU

Course Type Definitions - delivery methods used most commonly for KSU online courses
