Shujuan Luo is from China and is a graduate assistant in the Ph.D program of Cultural Foundations of Education. She has a double bachelors' degree in English and Psychology. Her student organization experience consists of Public Relations minister at students' union in her undergraduate study for two years.

"As an international student, I know exactly how hard international students have to go through at the first few years of being abroad. That's why I join in AIS! I wanna establish a culture bridge between the international students and the Americans, and promote the intercultural dialogue. I hope the international students and the Americans can learn from each other, get in touch with each other so as to make our daily life really diverse and colorful!"
