E-Inside is the official employee e-magazine for employees of Kent State University.

E-Inside published every Monday during the academic year, beginning the first day of fall semester. We are on hiatus between fall and spring semesters, and again from the end of spring semester until the beginning of summer.

We accept both stories and story tips.

Submissions are due by 5 p.m. on the Tuesday preceding the Monday of publication, and are only accepted as Word document attachments. Images, while not mandatory, should be submitted in jpg format.

All stories should include appropriate links to sources of additional information, and contact information for the author.
