Where can faculty/staff learn more about the technology services and support available at Kent State?
Kent State University Tech Help is available to faculty and staff via phone, chat, the Web or a campus walk-up location.
The three walk-up locations include the Library Tech HelpDesk on the first floor of the library, Regional Campus Helpdesks located at each regional campus of Kent State, and the Tech Spot (Personal Technology Service and Repair) in the Tri-Towers Rotunda. These services are available to faculty, staff and students.
Blackboard support is available to only faculty and staff. Faculty and staff can visit the Blackboard Support website or visit Room 241 at Stewart Hall for Blackboard Learn Support.
The Kent State University Technology HelpLine can be reached at 330-672-HELP (4357). Self-service is also available at the Online Technology Help Center.
