Policies
- Rentals are designed for short-term usage, with no overnight use permitted.
- Rental equipment must be returned to its point of origin by closing.
- Rental equipment must be locked when not in use.
- Rental equipment is only to be used by the renter.
- Riding while intoxicated is prohibited.
- Renter assumes all liability for all equipment issued, including to guests.
- Renter and/or guests assume all risk and responsibility of injuries sustained during the rental.
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age.
- Fees will be assessed for equipment returned dirty, late, damaged, lost or stolen.
