Focusing on Learning and Discovery
Educators at Kent State University are taking innovative approaches to cultivating student learning—and students are taking notice.
Staff at the Faculty Professional Development Center are seeking out stories of these learning experiences for their new series, Focusing on Learning and Discovery. In on-campus interviews, students have begun to report on the most significant learning experiences they have had at KSU, prompting follow-up interviews with the teachers responsible. The result? Videos like the ones you'll find on this page—a back and forth between both teacher and student that highlights a particular course, activity, teaching style, or whatever the case may be.
Do you have a story of a significant learning experience at KSU? Write to us at: fpdc@kent.edu or via our contact form.
