When you enter the room, please pick up the placards for your organization/department and pick up any flyers or handouts available. Guests are welcome, and they should sign in on the visitor's sheet. Lunch will be served at all regular meetings. Light refreshments will be served at Summer meetings and in the event of special room scheduling where meals are prohibited.

Attendance at General Senate meetings is MANDATORY.  More than one absence per academic year will result in the suspension of funds for all members of your academic department or organization for the remainder of the academic year. Remember, you should be attending for the entire meeting.
