Employment Law and Harassment Prevention for Supervisors

Preventing Harassment on Campus

Understanding the New Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Workshop # IDIV3
This workshop material is based on the 2008 Americans with Disabilities Act as amended. It will give participants an opportunity to understand the laws under the new ADA or ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA).
