This workshop material is based on the 2008 Americans with Disabilities Act as amended. It will give participants an opportunity to understand the laws under the new ADA or ADA Amendments Act (ADAAA). Participants will gain an understanding of who is a qualified individual; what is a qualifying disability; information about the complaint process and the reasonable accommodation request process.
