The Tech Spot (Tri-Towers Rotunda, Kent Campus)

Provides all students, faculty and staff with advanced computer support and repair for personally-owned computers.  Services include virus/spyware removal, data backup/recovery, hardware troubleshooting and software installation.  Visit The Tech Spot web site for more information.

Local Support (Academic & Administrative areas)

Should you require in-person assistance from within an administrative or academic department on campus, you may open a support request ticket with your end-user support professional via the Online Support Center at support.kent.edu.  A list of names, phone numbers and email addresses of local support people is also available.
