Telephones (D-term) and Lines (ADDs) Includes the telephone and the phone line $415 to install, then $19 per month With existing jack. E&G departments receive a monthly budget adjustment for the $19 per month charge.
Analog Line Only for an alarm box, fax machine, modem, etc. $180 to install, then $19 per month With existing jack. E&G departments receive a monthly budget adjustment for the $19 per month charge.
Additional Jacks Quoted Quote based on time and materials
Courtesy Phone $360 to install Includes phone, wall plate and optional local calling capability and toll free calling.
Other Telephone Equipment Headsets, analog adapters, etc. Available at cost, plus $65 per hour installation (if required)  
Calling Services      
Local Calls   $.08 per call  
Long Distance   $.08 per minute for domestic long distance International long distance is based on the rate table posted on the Telecomm Web site.
Conference Calls Commercial provider .08 per minute per caller More than 8 callers per conference. International callers priced per commercial provider schedule.
Conference Calls KSU Internal bridge No charge Up to 8 callers per conference. Long distance reates apply. When possiblem, using 5-digit dialing saves long distance charges.
Polycom Rental Conference speaker phone $65 Includes set-up and removal
Advanced Telecomm Features      
Call Boxes and Guest Mailboxes Creating a departmental voicemail or multiple mailboxes on a single line $65 per hour for set-up and for modifications  
Automatic Call Distribution Creating a departmental call distribution system $65 per hour for set-up and for modifications

Labor Rate      
$65 per hour In quarter hour increments
