Faculty "Technology Tune-Up" Tables

Technology Tune-Up sessions were organized to help faculty with their Blackboard Learn online courses and resolve any password and Internet issues before the start of the semester.

There are 10 opportunities for faculty to drop in for help over a two week period:
  • Monday - Friday, January 6 - 10, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
    Kent Library: Technology HelpDesk (1st floor)
    White Hall: Room 217
  • Monday - Friday, January 13 - 17, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
    Kent Library: Technology HelpDesk (1st floor)
    White Hall: Room 221B (IRC)

Faculty are encouraged to attend a session to ensure they are familiar with Blackboard Learn. Visit  the Blackboard Learn support website at www.kent.edu/blackboard/.

Tech Help Options for Everyone

24/7 tech support is available to students, faculty and staff all year long by phone at 330-672-HELP (4357) or online at http://support.kent.edu.  

Users can visit The Tech Spot in Tri-Towers Rotunda for personally-owned technology service and repair, and students living in the residence halls can take advantage of Tech at Night for after-hours tech support.

Faculty and staff can also receive in-person support by contacting their department’s local support person.
