Tech at Night
There's a new after hours tech team on campus. Information Services' Tech at Night is now available in 15 locations in the residence halls to assist student living on campus with:
- Connecting to FlashZone Wireless
- Resolving Basic Computer Issues
- Setting Up Mobile Devices
- Answering Technology Questions
Student team members are stationed in each of the area lounges and work nightly from 8pm - 11pm.
Tech at Night joins Information Services' line up of other tech support services, including The Tech Spot in Tri-Towers (available most days until 8pm), the Helpdesk at 330-672-HELP and the Online Support Center at http://support.kent.edu. See below for Tech at Night's hours and locations.
