Training Services

Our mission is to help you learn to use Kent Administrative systems and processes.

We will customize a training experience to meet your deadlines, performance objectives,
and the learning style of your staff.

Services

  • Conduct training needs assessments
  • Plan training events for groups of any size
  • Schedule training events, including registration setup and room configuration
  • Invite/notify participants to attend training
  • Track and report training attendance
  • Create documentation
  • Produce job aids, courses, presentations, practice exercises, visual aids, movies
  • Provide train-the-trainer support for your staff who have training responsibilities
  • Deliver training, assist staff in their delivery of training
  • We travel to Kent Campuses and deliver training via web
  • Provide web hosting of documentation for universal access
