Piano Institute - Summer 2014 at Kent State University - Information for Parents

Your child's safety and security is the highest priority. Participants are housed in locked dorms with trained counselors. Use of cell phones is permitted during free time only and other contact numbers will be provided for your convenience. Our instructors and counselors have cleared a background check, as mandated by law. Kent State University has a fully-trained safety force and access to local services.

You will be responsible for providing transportation to Kent State University on Sunday afternoon, and back home at the end of the program on Wednesday. All participants are expected to board on campus, and we do not allow students to keep cars on campus. 2011 Piano Institute Group Instruction Photo
