First Year Family Network 2011-12
The First Year Family Network provides programming for first year families throughout the academic year. Families will have the opportunity to become more involved in the lives of their student as well as gain a better understanding of how Kent State works, what resources we provide as well as how families can be supportive during the first year. Programs and workshops cover multiple topics including: Family Reception Sponsored by Alumni Relations, Parents and Family Day, Financial Aid, Student Involvement, Student "Road Maps" of Success, and Second semester preparation.
We would also like to invite you to sign-up for the First Year Family Newsletter. Student Success Programs believes a freshman's success is greatly enhanced when the family becomes involved and informed in the critical first year.
