Several classroom training sessions are available. In addition, web team offers support and office hours for questions and individualized help. Registration is required.
You will be invited to register by your UCM web team representative when your site has entered the appropriate phase of the migration from CommonSpot. This two hour hands-on training will teach you how to setup and edit your Kent State University website, as well as learn how to add images, videos, links and buttons, create a custom URL, save a revision, schedule publication, upload documents and manage the site navigation.
Most questions can be answered with online manual, guides and tutorials. Office hours are available if you need to schedule training for yourself or a small group. Your request will be reviewed and an email will be sent with available times from which to choose.
