The  University  is  making  every  effort  to  minimize  energy  demand  while  still  servicing the campus.  University Facilities Management's Purchased Utilities budget is based on the University's policy regarding scheduled building hours, pre-approved weekend academic programs, special events, and 24-hour operations.

University Facilities Management's Building Heating and Cooling Scheduling Request form is offered to Kent State University departments in an effort to expedite the process for requesting and tracking the scheduling of HVAC equipment departmentally across campus. Please complete the Building Heating and Cooling Scheduling Request form when requesting the scheduling of your department classes, special events, office hours, seminars/workshops, etc. This form should also be used for building lighting requests where lights are controlled by the University automation system. Have the building curator sign and date the form then fax to 330-672-9288.
