February: Heart Health Awareness

Heart disease is the #1 killer of women. High cholesterol and blood pressure, diabetes, cigarette smoking, obesity, poor diet, physical inactivity and alcohol use can contribute to heart damage and disease. The first step toward heart health is becoming aware of your own personal risk for heart disease.
