Registration Procedure:

Complete the Packet

• Documentation supporting the student's request must be signed on official letterhead by a case-appropriate professional
• Submit packet in Wyly Tower 318 during regular working hours
• Office of Disability Committee meets weekly to assign accommodations
• Student will be informed about the assigned accommodation(s)

After the student is registered and approved for disability accommodations:

Request Letters after you register for classes

• Report to ODS to pick up copies of letters and deliver to instructors within the first week of the quarter
• Accommodation letters must be delivered to instructors (by the student) each quarter
