The Honorable Ralph Artiglierepopover picturRalph Artigliere retired as a Circuit Judge from Florida’s Tenth Judicial Circuit in Bartow to teach and write. Before his appointment to the bench in 2001, Artigliere was a 24-year trial lawyer handling primarily professional negligence, medical malpractice, and product liability cases. As a Circuit Judge, Artigliere served in the felony, family, probate, and civil trial divisions, and was Administrative Judge of the Circuit’s civil and family divisions.
