Stephen Cavallo
Cavallo The Department offers both baccalaureate and masters degree programs. The B.A. program in Speech Pathology and Audiology provides students with fundamental knowledge related to normal and abnormal speech and language and basic communication processes within the context of a liberal arts and sciences education.
The M.A. program in Speech-Language Pathology prepares students for professional careers as speech-language pathologists. Graduates of the M.A. program meet the academic and clinical education standards established by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association ( ASHA) for the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and the New York State Education Department ( NYSED) for the License in Speech-Language Pathology. The graduate program in the Department of Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences at Lehman College is directed by Dr. Liat Seiger-Gardner and is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation ( CAA) of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Lynn Rosenberg
Rosenberg
Lynn Rosenberg is a fulltime Lecturer in the SLHS department; she specializes in early intervention, child language and adult aphasia. She developed and teaches the Graduate early intervention seminar. She also is the undergraduate academic advisor for full time, non matriculated and second degree students. She supervises graduate student clinicians in the adult and child clinic and in diagnostic practicum. Her current interests include language learning disabilities in school age children. She is currently the chair of the Lehman College assessment council and is a member of the undergraduate curriculum committee and the arts and humanities curriculum committee. She received her masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from Buffalo State College and joined the faculty in 2007.
