The Library is committed to providing this material for your needs and will make every effort to make sure that we fill the request for booking. However, please be aware that the Library cannot make a guarantee of availability, as items may be checked out to a local patron or through OhioLINK/SearchOhio and not returned on time, or may come back damaged. Even if an item is "AVAILABLE" in the catalog, it should be ordered at least 72 hours in advance of when you need it; but can be ordered months in advance if you want.

If you are requesting delivery of the item to a remote location, travel time to that location must be taken into account.
This form is only to request items in the collection at the Kent Campus, Main Library. If you need something from a branch or regional campus, you must contact that library directly.
