Internet storage and video publishing (exclusively for Kent State faculty and students)

KSU Drop Box
Faculty can create a KSU Drop Box for their courses and have students upload multimedia projects, documents, videos, audio files, etc. to share not only with the instructor but with the rest of the class (if the instructor allows students to download files).

KSU Google Drive
The Google Drive is integrated into our Kent State system, located within Flashline. In Google Drive users can create documents, presentations, spreadsheets and drawings using the varies Google tools. These files, once created, are stored on the user's Google Drive. Additionally, files can simply be uploaded directly to the Google Drive for online storage (including photos and videos). This allows you to share files that may be too large to email or even upload to Dropbox (up to 10gb each - see Google Docs, Sheets and Slides size limits page for more details).

KSUTube
Students and faculty can upload videos to KSUTube to share or to link to from webpages. KSUTube videos can also be password-protected and "hidden" from search engines if desired.

Internet storage (commercial but free)

Dropbox.com
While KSU Drop Boxes can only be created by instructors, students can use this to create their own Drop Box where they can upload, download and share their files with others.

Google Drive
Google Drive is also available to users with basic Gmail accounts. Login at: https://drive.google.com
