No need to sign up for classes - Just show up ready to work out! A water bottle and towel are highly recommended. Appropriate workout wear and athletic shoes are required.
Classes are free for all students, staff, faculty, staff and faculty spouses and community members that belong to Kelchner Fitness Center. Community Members that are not KFC members can attend classes for a $5.00 per class fee.

Ball Boot Camp: A high energy class that will use the ball to get your heart rate pumping. Cardio, Strength training and stretching will all be included in this hard core class!
Butts and Guts: A full body strengthening class that will target your large muscle groups in 45 minutes. Of course lots of squats and crunches are included!
Yoga with Jeanne: A Kripalu style yoga class that includes strengthening, stretching, relaxation, and more! Come early this class fills up quickly!
Cardio: Join Kelly for an upbeat fun class that gets your heart rate in the zone! Kelly incorporates high-lo aerobics, hip hop dance and group fitness moves to get your body moving in this lunchtime class.
Group Cycling: 30 minute cardio class on the stationary cycle. This high energy cardio class will burn mega calories in a short time! All levels are welcome!
Country Line Dancing: Join Nikki for an hour long country line dancing class. She will help you learn the moves to new and old dances as you get your heart rate up!
Kickboxing: This cardio class gives you a great workout while doing martial arts type combos. Punch, jab and kick your way to fitness.
Lunchtime Boot Camp: This class is held in the main gym not in the group fitness room. Get a great workout with the KFC personal trainer Kelly! She runs you through the paces in this exciting lunchtime boot camp!
Friday Lunchtime Yoga: A great 40 minute retreat from your day. Do centering, yoga postures and a relaxation to get centered and ready to face the rest of your day!
Hot Power Yoga: Get ready to get your OM on. This Yoga class is like no other. With small heaters going in the Group Fitness room we will ramp up the temperature. Then on top of that we will perform fast moving vinyasa flow to get those bodies moving and hearts pumping. This class is going to improve your stamina, flexibility, strength and of course give you a bit of that OM feeling!
