Terms and Conditions

I acknowledge and am fully aware of the inherent risks incurred when traveling, and further on my own free will am choosing to accept those risks as a condition to going on this bus trip.

I understand that the bus will not wait for me at any of the pickup points for more than 5 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup times.

I understand that if I miss a bus departure for the return trip back to Mansfield University for any and all reasons I will now be personally responsible to find and to fund my own alternative transportation back to MU.

I understand that alcohol, tobacco products, knives, and firearms of any kind are not permitted to be carried/transported on the bus at any time. 

I understand that any and all carryon bags cannot be any larger than a standard backpack, and must be limited to one per bus traveler.

I understand that I am encouraged to explore the destination in groups and or pairs at the very least, because the buddy system is the safest system when traveling to new or familiar territory.

I understand that all Applicable rules, regulations, policies, and laws contained in the student handbook apply universally to all trip participants, as well as those on the local, state, and federal level.

I understand that as an officially recognized and student activity funded MU/CCSI special event, I am on this trip duly expected to represent myself and MU/CCSI at all times and places as a good responsible citizens respectful of other, and of all those I might encounter in my MU/CCSI sponsored travel experience.
