August 18 (Saturday) Cooperating Teacher In-Service, for those with 
Student Teachers during the Fall 2012 or Spring 2013 semesters.

August 27 (Monday) Student Teacher In-Service Program
Manser Hall, North Dining Room, 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

August 28 (Tuesday) Student Teacher In-Service Program 
Manser Hall, North Dining Room, 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

August 29 (Wednesday) Student Teacher In-Service Program
Manser Hall, North Dining Room, 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

August 30 (Thursday) Student Teachers report to their first assignment 
at the beginning of the school day

October 3 (Wednesday) Safe Schools Against Violence in Education (SAVE)
(optional, registration required $30),
Memorial Hall, Room 211, 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

October 16 (Tuesday) Last day of first student teaching assignment

October 18 (Wednesday) Student Teacher In-Service Program

October 18 (Thursday) Student Teacher In-Service Program
Manser Hall, North Dining Room, 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

October 19 (Friday)

October 22 (Monday) Student Teachers report to their second assignment 
at the start of the school day

October 24 (Wednesday) Child Abuse Workshop
(optional, registration required $30),
Memorial Hall, Room 211, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

December 12 (Wednesday) Last day of Student Teaching

Graduating seniors with Stafford and/or Perkins Loans must
visit Wachovia for mandatory financial aid exit briefing

PLEASE NOTE: Student Teachers will follow the calendar of the assigned school district except
for activities cited on this calendar. 

Professional attire is required at all scheduled activities.
Attendance is mandatory unless otherwise noted.
Absence will be reflected on final Student Teaching Evaluation!
