While you're on campus don't forget to take advantage of our other visit options!
There are a variety of on and off campus opportunities for you to learn more about the University. For those visiting campus, admissions counselors are available on an informal basis throughout the day in the Admissions Visitor Center to personally meet with students, families, and guidance counselors as part of their visit. Formal evaluative interviews are not required as part of the admission process, and the majority of our applicants do not complete an interview. The Admissions Committee bases admission decisions on the credentials and documents submitted with your application. Should you want to provide additional information to the committee, we encourage you to do so in writing. However, evaluative interviews are offered on a limited basis both on and off campus by invitation to a small number of students based on geographic region, for certain scholarship programs, and at the discretion of the Admissions Committee. Should you be invited for an interview, we encourage you to participate. For more information, call (617) 373-2200.
Visit programs offered through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions are designed for high school and college transfer students, and we welcome visits from community organizations and schools. We require group visit requests be submitted at least two weeks in advance, in order to best accommodate your needs and offer alternative dates if necessary. The maximum group size we can accommodate is 50 students. To request a group visit, please email our group tour coordinator and allow three business days for us to review your request. If you have questions about your request, call our group tour coordinator at 617.373.2224. Due to the large number of special groups that visit our campus, we are unable to provide transportation, housing or food.
