College of Professional Studies: Doctoral
The graduation ceremonies will be held:
• April 24, 2010. You must complete all of your degree requirements between August 16, 2009 and April 3, 2010 to participate in this ceremony.
• October 16, 2010 You must complete all of your degree requirements between April 4, 2010 and August 28, 2010 to participate in this ceremony.
• Limited guest tickets will be allotted per attending graduate. Please do not to make plans until such time that the designated number of tickets has been confirmed and communicated to you.
• You will be called to the stage for hooding by name. As such, please be sure to complete the phonetic name spelling portion of your graduation application to ensure the accurate pronunciation. If you prefer to leave a voice recording of your name you may contact the Commencement Office at 617.373.4098 after 4:30 p.m. Be sure to spell your name, indicate your school and degree, and clear pronunciation of your name.

Monday, March 22nd through Friday, March 26th: 11:00AM to 7:30PM
Saturday, March 27th: 10:00AM to 12:30PM
Monday, March 29th through Friday, April 2nd: 11:00AM to 7:30PM
Saturday, April 3rd: 10:00AM to 12:30PM
Monday, April 5th through Friday, April 9th: 11:00AM to 7:30PM
Saturday, April 10th: 10:00AM to 12:30PM

When completing the Graduation Application please remember, academic requirements fulfilled by:
Fall Term, ending December 12, 2009 will have a degree conferral date of January 29, 2010; submit application by December 1, 2009
Winter Term, ending April 3, 2010 will have a degree conferral date of April 22, 2010; submit application by March 1, 2010
Spring Term, ending July 3, 2010 will have a degree conferral date of September 2, 2010; submit application by June 1, 2010
Summer Term, ending August 28, 2010 will have a degree conferral date of September 2, 2010; submit application by August 1, 2010
