Catering
If you are considering using a caterer other than Chartwells, University policies, contracts, and insurance requirements apply. Please refer to “Caterers” in the “Event Policies” section. In order to use a caterer other than Chartwells, you must have approval from the director of food service and the Business Office. Chartwells is the only caterer authorized to serve alcohol at approved functions on campus. No other caterer may serve alcohol.
