Reservations Contact List

Space reservations are decentralized and reservation policies and procedures vary from venue to venue. The department heads in each area can help you understand how to book and best use their space. If you need help identifying the right space on campus for your event, call the Office of University Events.

Classrooms

Some classrooms can be used as meeting space when not scheduled for academic purposes. To request a classroom for event use, please go to the online Special Room Request Form at www.neu.edu/registrar/form-sp-rm-req.doc. If you are requesting a classroom for a conference or off-campus group, first contact the Office of University Events for approval. Classrooms will not be scheduled for outside meetings until space has been reserved for all academic classes.
