Healthy You is a series of programs designed to help you understand, improve, and maintain your health. It features a variety of opportunities including: walking programs, exercise classes, educational programs. Participating in the Healthy You program enables you to earn up to $100/quarter and $400/year.

Northeastern offers you the opportunity to join the Marino Recreation Center for a modest fee. The Marino Center offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment, a walking/jogging track, sauna facilities, and aerobics classes. As a member, your spouse, domestic partner, and dependents over the age of 18 may also join. For more information, call the Marino Recreation Center, 617.373.2668. Members of one our health plans may be eligible for up to $150 Fitness Reimbursement.
In addition, at no cost, you may use the Cabot Center for swimming, racquetball, basketball, and handball by presenting your Northeastern I.D.
Weight Watchers at Work (WW at Work) meets almost every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in CSC 435. If you have any questions about the program or would like to join, please contact Kate Klepper. Members of one of our health plans may be eligible for up to $150 Weight Loss Reimbursement.
