The Planning Process

Our academic planning was driven by other planning-related activities including financial planning and budget, enrollment and resource planning, master planning, campaign planning, and our reaccreditation with NEASC in 2008.

Our planning activities were dynamic with both short-term and long-term considerations, and were devised in order to adapt to the changing environment surrounding the University.

The process was inclusive and open, allowing members of the Northeastern community to follow the development of the plan and offer suggestions and ideas.
