• Individuals who own property and are personally named on a Current Property Tax Receipt are entitled to free library service upon presentation of the current tax receipt and a photo identification. The tax receipt must be for a property within the Library District.
• The individual eligible for the card may then identify residents in their household who may be eligible to receive cards for that same service period.
• This identification must be presented every four years.
