Learn to make fresh pasta by hand, rolling the old fashioned way, and also with a pasta machine. Along the way, you’ll learn how to make fresh ricotta cheese, sauces, and how to add meats and herbs to your pastas. Attendees will have the opportunity to sample each dish. Space is limited.
