Celebrate the lives, struggles and triumphs of former Lake Apopka Farmers by viewing this extraordinary exhibition featuring Lake Apopka Farmworker Memorial Quilts—on loan from the Farmworker Association of Florida—and The Last Harvest photo-documentary collection from Crealdé School of Art. As a tribute to the men and women whose contributions to agriculture have been vastly misunderstood and unrecognized, the exhibit serves as a testament to the farmworkers’ endurance, resilience and perseverance.

Meet those responsible for and inspired by the Memorial Quilt Project at an Opening Reception and Interactive Gallery Walk at the Orlando Public Library on Saturday, July 14 at 11 a.m. or 2 p.m.
