Affordable Care Act Discussion and Enrollment Assistance

Affordable Care Act Navigators and representatives from Enroll America will assist you with your 2015 Open Enrollment questions. Navigators will be available to guide you through the Federal Health Insurance Marketplace and will assist you in enrolling in a health insurance plan. For enrollment you will need to provide the following information: W2; last year's tax returns; proof of income for all family members; Social Security Cards for all family members; Green Card; Naturalization Certificate. To schedule an appointment please call 407-340-0844. Walk-ins are welcome. Language line, available in 20 languages, will be accessible to assist non-English speakers. #healthcare
