Debbie Moss is a longtime library professional - having served in numerous capacities for the Orange County Library System for more than two decades. As assistant library director and head of technical support, she oversees multiple areas including collection development, information systems and circulation. Moss takes a leadership role in compiling and analyzing usage trends as means of optimizing the library experience for patrons.

Presented And the Survey Says! Strengthening Services Through Surveying, at the American Library Association Annual Conference in June 2010. The presentation was on using surveys to gather user feedback to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction. The presentation was made to an audience of 192.

Presented Smart Services for Smart Phones at the Annual Conference of the Florida Library Association. As a result of the stellar presentation at FLA, Moss and co-presenter Sheri Chambers were asked to again present Smart Services for Smartphones at the Panhandle Library Association.
