Hoopla is cloud-based, this means that you can browse and borrow an album via a web browser, then begin listening to that same album on a tablet, and finish listening to it in the car on a smartphone.
You can access hoopla music through Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari web browsers. You can also download the hoopla app for your Android or Apple iOS device; just point your device's browser to www.ocls.info/HooplaApp.
No waiting for albums, they're always available and check out for 7 days. You can checkout 10 hoopla titles (audiobook, music album, movie, television episode) per month.
Want to download and keep music forever? With Freegal Music, you can download up to 3 MP3 tracks per week from a selection of over 6 million songs and over 13,000 videos. They are yours to keep. In addition, you can stream 3 hours of music per day with Freegal Music's new streaming feature!
Freegal Music works with all major browsers as well as all computer operating systems. There are apps for Apple iOS products and Android devices which will remind you each week to make sure to use your downloads. You can even create your own wish list so you won't forget which songs to download when you're ready.
Current limits are set at 3 songs per week, or 1 video and 1 song per week. Your counter will set back to zero each week Monday morning. Log in to Freegal Music with your library card number and PIN and begin downloading! Also available in Spanish.
