All submitted proposals will be kept on file and a staff member will contact an applicant only if and when there is interest in hosting the proposed event/program.

Most events are forty-five minutes to one hour.
Do you pay for presenters?
Most events are done on a volunteer basis and are free to the public. Solicitation is not allowed.
How soon can I book an event at the library?
A minimum lead time of four months is preferred to review the proposal, reserve a meeting room, and publicize the program.
