Tuition & Fees - Payment Methods
QuikPay is the college's debit/credit/e-check processing system.
With QuikPay you can:
- Store payment profiles to use for all QuikPay transactions
- Create authorized users that can make payments on your behalf
- View current and previous statements
- Make secure online payments to your student account
- View all transactions history for your student account
- Make e-check payments online using your checking or savings account
For your security, NO CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION WILL BE TAKEN OVER THE PHONE. All credit/debit cards must be processed through QuikPay or in person at the cashier's office.
We accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
Students may access QuikPay through MYPVCC, click Student Center and click QuikPay.

In Person
You may pay in person with cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or American Express at the Cashier's Office in the Main Building near the North entrance during regular business hours. Please call the Cashier's Office at 434.961.5213 for the hours of operation. Checks or money orders must be made payable to PVCC for the exact amount due and make sure to include your PVCC EmplID for accurate processing of your payment. The total amount due may be found on MyPVCC in Student Center under Finances. Payment must be received by the tuition payment deadline.
The college will assess a $35.00 service charge for handling returned echecks, checks or dishonored credit/debit cards. If payment is not received within due date established by the Business Office the fee will increase to $50.00.
Payment by phone is not available.
If Your Classes are Paid by Employers or Others
Your employer or other party must provide a written letter of authorization to PVCC's Cashier's Office prior to the tuition payment deadline. Authorization is required for each semester. The letter may be hand-delivered to the Cashier's Office, faxed to the attention of the Cashier's Office at 434.961.6554 or mailed to:
