Buildings and Grounds employees are charged with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the outside of all Riverside County Office of Education facilities not on contract with the local school districts. These employees raise and lower the national and state flags daily, remove graffiti, maintain signage, clean parking lots, mow and edge lawns, weed, prune shrubs, maintain trees, and keep all exterior lighting operational.
