K12HSN is scheduled to replace RCOE’s twin, redundant OC-3c fiber connections at Riverside with gigabit connections in fall. In addition RCOE has agreements with Charter cable for fiber links to various sites in the Riverside area. Districts have upgraded their bandwidth to RCOE with several districts putting in DS-3s (45 Mbps) to the Riverside and Indio locations.
