Recruitment And Placement Program to Obtain and Retain Teachers (RAPPORT) is a federally funded grant program that was established to increase the number of outstanding high-quality public school teachers available to teach high-need subjects in participating high-need districts and to provide support to those individuals to ensure a successful and rewarding career experience.
