Garden Club of Ohio Inc.
Awarded to majors in Horticulture, Floriculture, Landscape Design, Botany, Forestry, Conservation, Agronomy, Plant Pathology, Environmental Concerns, City Planning and /or allied subjects. Prerequisites: legal residents of Ohio; attend an accredited institution (need not be in Ohio); B average. Sophomores may apply for Junior year.

Men's Garden Club of Youngstown Scholarship
Awarded to a major in Horticulture who resides in or attended high school in Columbiana, Mahoning, Stark, Portage or Trumbull County in Ohio or in the Pennsylvania Counties of Mercer or Lawrence.
Annual Amounts: $1,500 - One scholarship available

Northern Ohio Golf Course Superintendents Association Scholarship
Awarded to students currently enrolled in a college turf grass management program at an accredited institution prior to completing their last year. Work history should include at least one summer of employment under the supervision of a NOGCSA member superintendent. Employment coincides with college attendance.

Ohio Lawn Care Association
Awarded to full-time students at an Ohio Technical/Community College.
Preference: Candidates with lawn care/landscape maintenance experience, or desire to work in the lawn/ landscape maintenance industry. Based on scholastic achievement and financial need.
Prerequisites: attend OLCA Annual meeting and Luncheon.

Ohio Nursery and Landscape Association, Inc./Phil Kozel Memorial Scholarship
Awarded to full or part-time Horticulture Students. Based on scholastic record; participation in outside activities; deserving of recognition and funding; able to accept the ward at the Business Meeting/Luncheon of the ONLA; have either served or will serve prior to graduation in an internship relative to the horticulture industry.
Annual Amounts: $1,000 - two awards available; $500 - one available
