Center for Women's Health

USA Pulmonary Hypertension Program - This unique clinic diagnoses and treats Pulmonary hypertension, a rare blood disorder of the lung. It is a disease that affects people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds. Care is available to patients in this region.

Level I Trauma Center - The region's only Level I trauma center providing the highest level of emergency care 24-hours a day.

USA Regional Burn and Wound Center - Provides specialized care to burn and trauma patients in south Alabama, northwest Florida, southern Mississippi and eastern Louisiana. Located at USA Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center, it is the only facility in the region which provides burn care from injury to recovery.

USA Center for Cardiovascular Disease - Provides comprehensive care through intervention, prevention and treatment of heart disease. Diagnostic services including stress tests, EKG's and echocardiograms are available in the Heart Station.

USA Comprehensive Sickle Cell Center - Provides consultation for the diagnosis, management, and treatment of children and adults with sickle cell disease. Learn more >>

USA Regional Stroke Center - Provides the quickest possible response time to patients suffering these "brain attacks". Through an affiliation with national study groups, patients treated at the USA Regional Stroke Center benefit from the latest breakthrough treatments.

USA Radiation Oncology Center - Offers the latest and most technically advanced radiation treatment for cancer in the region.

USA Radiology - Offers the latest and most advanced diagnostic procedures for both inpatients and outpatients including CT scans, MRI, nuclear medicine, ultrasound and cancer ablation.

Comprehensive Sickle Cell Center - One of only 9 NIH funded Sickle Cell Research centers in the United States.
