The Division of Agency Services is the primary point of customer service contact for human resource matters for State's Civil Service agencies, employees, and applicants. CAMPS provides: Faster and improved employee data exchange; Direct control of employees transactions; and Instant access to employee data and work force reports Introduced in 2004, CAMPS was designed for Appointing Authorities to electronically enter and send data relevant to personnel appointments and actions. Intergovernmental Services (IS) manages several successful programs that assist employees with job placement. The Unit is responsible for the Employee Exchange Program, the CSC's Intergovernmental Transfers and ITP Vacancy Postings. The programs have great features that benefit not only the civil service job seeker, but State and local government agencies searching for qualified applicants.
