Cancer Data Reporting

The New Jersey State Cancer Registry (NJSCR) is capable of registering Eligible Providers’ intent to send electronic Cancer Data for those EPs who want to satisfy the MU Stage 3 and Modified Stage 2 objectives for cancer data submission. NJSCR is also accepting data for Cancer Data reporting. EPs are encouraged to register and start working with the registry to send test and actual MU files.  More...

Specialized Registries

The Department of Health does not currently accept data for any Specialized Registries to fulfill Meaningful Use objectives. NJDOH is in the process of surveying public health repositories to determine their eligibility as a Specialized Registry and ability to accept electronic submissions from Electronic Health Records.
