Troy Campus Student Support Services (SSS)

Contact

• Receive a Pell Grant for the current semester/year
  
• Have Unmet Financial as determined by the Office of Financial Aid.
  
• Priority is given to freshmen and sophomores with 12 or more credit hours (including credits from developmental courses) while active in the SSS program.
  
• Have earned a cumulative GPA of 2.3 or better
  
• Be active in the SSS program each semester as evidenced by:
  • 4 documented program contacts with your Support Specialist
  • Participation in at least 4 sessions (Academic/Career Workshops)
  • 1 Cultural/Education enrichment activity
  • Completion of Mid-term evaluation form from Instructors
    
• Have completed or be making progress in developmental coursework.
• Be enrolled part-time/full-time for the current semester/year.
  
• Completed application with documentation required. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  

How to Apply
Troy University Troy undergraduate students should complete the SSS grant application for the appropriate year:

• Student Support Services Grant Aid Fall 2009/Spring 2010 Application and return to Troy Student Support Services, Shakelford Hall Annex by August 24, 2009 for Fall 2009 and by January 29, 2010 for Spring 2010
