Troy University Students Attend Higher Education Day

DOTHAN – During Higher Education Day in Montgomery, Troy University students pose for a photo at the Capitol. The Dothan Campus students, who are part of Student Support Services, SGA, and the Student Alabama Education Association, joined others from around the state in asking lawmakers to remember the importance of higher education. As part of Higher Education Day, Troy University students Jennifer Matthews (left) of Baker, Hannah Dykes of Hartford, Laurie O’Meara and Aaron Wade of Enterprise, Donna Windham of Pansey and Amy Farver of Daleville make their voices heard at the Alabama State House in Montgomery. Students from Universities around the state came together March 2 to ask state lawmakers to show their support for higher education.
