Senior World Holds Spring Conference at Troy University

DOTHAN - During the Spring 2006 Senior World Conference at Troy University, Billie Thorpe (left) of Newville looks on as her husband, Louis, displays some of the auction “money” he earned at the one-day Dothan Campus event. Participants were able to bid on a variety of items donated by local businesses. Throughout the day, area seniors also attended a variety of seminars on everything from legal issues to computers and low-impact exercise. The Senior World Group will hold another conference in the fall.
